The Factory Ministries strengthens communities in eastern Lancaster County by empowering individuals to rise above poverty-related issues,providing opportunities for individuals and organizations with resources to invest in the lives of others, and initiating strategic community partnerships to build sustainable relationships that result in positive change.

Individuals struggling with poverty-related issues are invited to The Factory House for a needs assessment. Eligible individuals benefit from job training workshops, educational programs, and an emergency food bank. Twice a week, students in grades 6-12 are welcomed to Open Door Nights to connect with one another,connect with adults who care, and connect with a God who loves them. A full course meal is provided by area churches and businesses. The Factory Ministries networks with area churches, organizations, businesses, government agencies, and the Pequea Valley School District to reclaim communities from the grasp of poverty.
