What is the Market?

• The Market is where participants can shop for food. All food is purchased with Factory Bucks.

How do I earn Factory Bucks?

• Factory Bucks are earned when you meet with your Advocate.
• Factory Bucks can also be earned through attending our programs, such as Community Care Team, Bingo, or other resources approved by an advocate.

How do I set up an appointment for the Market?

“I need help with housing or I’m currently homeless.”

If you are homeless or about to be homeless, call 2-1-1. They are a resource hotline that will talk with you through some options.

What we can do:

We can connect you to 2-1-1, which can connect you to a homeless shelter. We also can set up a meeting with an Advocate who will walk with you through the challenges you’re facing right now.

What we can’t do:

Unfortunately we are not a crisis center and do not have a shelter on site.

If you are in danger:

Call 9-1-1 immediately. Leave the area, head over to a neighbor’s home or a safe place and talk with the police.

We love kids here at The Factory! We understand how important it is to have your kids connected and engaged with the community in a safe place with people who care for them.

If you have kids ages birth through 6th grade:

We would love to connect them with our Building Braves program. When we educate parents, visit families in their homes, and provide books and learning opportunities for the whole family, children grow and thrive. Visit our Building Braves page here.

If you have kids in 7th – 12th grade:

We would love to connect them to our Youth Center. Through fun events and activities, school visits, mentorship, and learning support, teens at Factory believe their journey matters and view their future story with hope and promise. Visit our Youth Center page here.

What are Pastoral Office Hours?

• If you’re interested in meeting one-on-one with a pastor to discuss questions or matters of faith, your Advocate can sign you up for Pastoral Office Hours.

How can I connect with a local church?

• We are so thankful for the local church! We’d encourage you to talk with your Advocate – they can give you more information on how to connect with a church in the area.
