Teenage years can be difficult, especially for teens in constant family crisis. Our Youth Center staff and programs empower teens to grow with practical skills, healthy relationships, and an understanding of God’s love through Jesus. We want every teen to uncover the unique gifts they have to offer to the world, and to see their innate value to God and to us! Through fun events and activities, school visits, mentorship, and learning support, teens at Factory believe their journey matters and view their future story with hope and promise.
All students must have parental consent to be able to participate in any Youth Center program.

Connect
Open Door Night: Open door nights provide a fun, upbeat, and safe environment where students can hang out and connect with one another. A free meal is provided by community partners and a variety of fun activities are available to students including basketball, video games, karaoke, art, and more. During the evening the students will also hear a message focusing on Christ’s unconditional love for them. Dedicated staff and volunteers interact with the students throughout the evening, cultivating impactful relationships of trust and support. This program takes place every Thursday night from 6-8pm.
School Connections: Our Youth Center staff are heavily involved with the Pequea Valley School District, and regularly come to join the kids for lunch at the school. They also teach life skills classes at the high school.
Next Level
Girls Night: This happens on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month from 6-8pm. This is a safe place for the girls to connect with caring female staff, share about topics that they are struggling with, play games and enjoy time with friends.
Guys Night: This happens on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month from 6-8pm. Guys nights includes games, learning life skills (including car care, etc) and a time to connect with a positive male presence.
Winter/Summer Camp: Winter/Summer Camp is a powerful week for students to get away from home and experience God through His creation, His word, and His people. Generally, about 60 teens attend camp, enjoying time away from the stress of everyday life. It’s an incredible opportunity to have conversations about the hope of Jesus. And it’s a ton of fun for the teens.
Youth Mentoring: The Factory staff and volunteers offer more intentional support for the youth center students who request it, by investing time to focus on specific topics that the teens are going through.
Step-up
After-School Program: This after-school youth mentoring program includes a set time for homework completion where staff and volunteers are available to help students with any questions, assignments, or projects. Students have opportunities to engage in resource development workshops as well as enjoy free time in a positive environment to connect with friends and volunteers. This program happens Tuesdays after school until 5pm.
Incentive Program: Helping to facilitate our vision of connecting students with resources and developing valuable life skills, the Step Up Incentive Program rewards participating students as they work towards achieving their goals. Students have the opportunity to earn points for meeting objectives at school as well as for attending programs at the Youth Center. These points can then be redeemed at our Factory Store for items such as snacks, drinks, clothing, and more!
