Join us for a special 6 week Free Nutrition Class
The Nutrition Links program, sponsored by Penn State Extension offers free nutrition education programs for parents/caregivers to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve a healthy diet on a limited budget.
Topics will include:
Delicious Recipes, Smart Shopping, Meal Planning and Preparation, Food Safety and Nutrition.
Where: The Factory Ministries
When: Tuesdays, 10:30am: February 10th, 17th, 24th and March 3rd, 10th and 17th

This program is for any parents/caregivers who have children in their home under the age of 19.
Childcare will be available and provided by our PV Early Learning Team. Please note childcare needs during registration.
