By Roger North and Natalie Mease:
A simple question – “How can we help?” – started the journey of The Factory Ministries, where they walk alongside those facing issues of poverty in Eastern Lancaster County.
Beginning as a youth center in a converted sewing factory (the story behind the name), their team now offers social services to empower individuals of all ages from the Together Community Center, previously the Paradise Elementary School building.
In this episode of The North Group Podcast, Roger North and Natalie Mease share our final story – how The Factory Ministries and the “Together Initiative Network” work together to make our communities better.

The tagline of The Factory Ministries says it all: “because everyone’s journey matters.”
The Paradise-based organization operates a youth center, provides social services and partners with a variety of community members to empower everyone to reach his full potential.
It is one of more than 500 local organizations hoping to benefit from the generosity of Lancaster County donors in this year’s Extraordinary Give.
The Factory Ministries — which takes its name from its original location in a sewing factory — began in the 1990s, when several churches came together to create a youth center.
