Teenagers fight battles every single day, I have the coolest job in the world because I get to remind them that they are so loved, not only by me, but by a God who loves them dearly!” – Ebeth Hoover, Factory Youth Center Director As Youth Center Director at The Factory Ministries, Ebeth works directly with students in the Pequea Valley School District, Organizing weekly Factory Youth Center Open Door Nights is only one small part of what Ebeth does, she is always finding creative ways to engage students by planning events and activities that the teens will love! The Factory Youth Center strives to equip teenagers with the resources they need to enter into adulthood with confidence and the ability to succeed. Through open door nights at Factory Youth Center, students will explore the six major resources; physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, financial, and relational, alongside dedicated staff and volunteers.
